Build for the region, not the global average.
Latency, residency and currency matter. We design around the realities of operating AI in AU, APAC and the Middle East — not the leftovers of a US-first roadmap.
We build and operate sovereign GPU infrastructure across Australia, South-East Asia and the Middle East — for the teams training and serving the next generation of models.
Navigate Network started life in 2019 as an AI-powered influencer marketing platform. We spent the years that followed close to the messy edges of generative AI — running pipelines, fine-tuning models, shipping inference for customers around the world.
We kept hitting the same wall: GPU capacity in our region was scarce, expensive, and stitched together from hyperscaler crumbs. Australian customers were paying a premium for compute that wasn't theirs, in jurisdictions that weren't theirs.
So we pivoted. We sold the application business, took the team that knew how to operate AI workloads at the metal, and started building the cloud we wished we'd had — regional, dedicated, and honest about price.
Today Navigate Network runs production GPU clusters in Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai and Riyadh, with Jakarta, Sydney-2 and Perth on the way.
Latency, residency and currency matter. We design around the realities of operating AI in AU, APAC and the Middle East — not the leftovers of a US-first roadmap.
No noisy neighbours, no surprise preemptions, no hidden multi-tenancy. Every customer pod is theirs, on hardware they can audit.
AUD, SGD, AED, USD — billed in the currency you operate in. No egress hostage situations, no quarterly price hikes.
Our support is a Slack channel with the people who built the cluster, not a ticket queue routed to a contractor on the other side of the world.
Engineers, operators and commercial folks across Sydney, Singapore and Riyadh.

Previously built and sold an AI-powered marketing platform. Operating clusters since 2023.

Infrastructure engineer. Spent a decade running GPU fleets before neoclouds were a category.

Data centre operator. Runs Sydney, Melbourne and the on-call rotation.

Two decades designing mission-critical infrastructure for hyperscale cloud providers and government research networks. Calm under pressure and relentlessly analytical — known for predicting outages before monitoring systems raise an alert.
Three commercial offices, six live data-centre regions. Visit anytime — book ahead so we can put a coffee on.
