Permitted use of our services.

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities prohibited on Navigate Network — to protect our customers, third parties, our platform, and ourselves, and to keep use of the Services lawful and responsible.

This AUP applies to all use of the Navigate Network services (the “Services”), operated by Add Data Pty Ltd (ABN 82 652 866 263). It forms part of the agreement under which you receive the Services. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in that agreement.

01 · Section

Purpose

Navigate Network provides high-performance AI compute. This AUP describes activities that are prohibited in order to protect our customers, third parties, our platform, and Navigate Network, and to ensure lawful and responsible use of the Services.

02 · Section

Prohibited uses.

You must not use, or allow anyone to use, the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party;
  • Generate, store, train on, or distribute material that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or any other content that is illegal to produce or possess;
  • Develop, train or deploy systems intended to cause serious physical harm, including weapons or weapons systems (including chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear) or their means of delivery;
  • Conduct unlawful surveillance, tracking, biometric identification or profiling in breach of applicable law or fundamental rights;
  • Create or distribute malware, ransomware, exploits or other tools designed to disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or damage any system or data;
  • Conduct fraud, phishing, identity theft, or large-scale deceptive or disinformation campaigns;
  • Produce non-consensual intimate imagery, or harass, threaten or defame any person;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other customers’ environments or data, or any network or system, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system without authorisation;
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, billing or usage limits of the Services;
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or otherwise impair or overload the Services, networks or infrastructure;
  • Resell, sublicense or provide access to the Services to any sanctioned party, or for any prohibited export-control end-use or end-user;
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining or similar speculative proof-of-work workloads without our prior written consent.
03 · Section

Your responsibilities.

  • Keep your account credentials and access keys secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account and by your users;
  • Ensure you have all rights and consents necessary for any data you upload or process;
  • Comply with all export-control, sanctions and KYC obligations, and keep your onboarding information current;
  • Promptly report any suspected security incident, vulnerability or misuse of the Services.
04 · Section

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities. Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may remove or disable access to offending content or workloads, and suspend or terminate the Services in accordance with your agreement. Where required for security, legal or sanctions reasons, we may act without prior notice. We may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Reporting abuse.

You can report suspected violations of this AUP to us at abuse@navigate.network.

06 · Section

Changes to this policy.

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the current version here with its effective date, and material changes will take effect on a reasonable notice period. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
